Nelle serate di Ideensalon ci si incontra per riflettere e sviluppare idee e progetti concreti per migliorare la nostra società, con post-it e pennarelli, tra un bicchiere di vino, un'ottima zuppa, comodi divani e persone piacevoli e interessanti.
Condividere conoscenza e esperienza
Ideensalon è una comunità aperta di innovatori e innovatrici sociali e persone che vogliono attivarsi per il cambiamento, condividere esperienze e conoscenza, creare connessioni per contribuire allo sviluppo sostenibile. Ideensalon vuole essere un punto di riferimento per tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di un confronto e di supporto nello strutturare e sviluppare un progetto sociale.
Costruire una cultura di innovazione sociale
L'innovazione sociale è un processo di cambiamento che attraverso strategie e idee dà risposta a bisogni emergenti per stimolare uno sviluppo sostenibile della società.
Cultura, sanità, inclusione, ecologia, mobilità, consumo, collaborazione, alimentazione, benessere, agricoltura, economia... sono tanti gli ambiti in cui possiamo avere un impatto sociale.
Ideensalon canvas
Per strutturare, accelerare e dare impulso alle idee e progetti che vengono proposti all’Ideensalon proponiamo e usiamo durante le serate l’Ideensalon canvas.
È uno strumento che abbiamo sviluppato in collaborazione con i/le partecipanti delle scorse serate di Ideensalon, integrando le nostre esperienze di facilitazione e diversi approcci e strutture di design thinking.
Ideensalon canvas è uno strumento open source che puoi stampare, usare, modificare; è uno modello aperto e saremo felici di ricevere commenti e suggerimenti per modificarlo e migliorarlo.
Ideensalon online
Dal 2020 alterniamo incontri dal vivo e incontri online. Non ceniamo insieme, ma abbiamo l’opportunità di collegarci a distanza con più persone, evitando viaggi e spostamenti.

Prototyp einer kollaborativen Gesellschaft
Die Ideensalon Abende sind Treffpunkt um gemeinsam mit anderen an Ideen für eine zukunftsfähigere Gesellschaft zu arbeiten und eine andere Form der Zusammenarbeit zu erproben. Ein spannender Abend mit interessanten Menschen, mit post-its und Markern auf angenehmen Sofas, ein reger Austausch bei einer guten Suppe und einem Glas Wein.
Kollegiale Beratung - Austausch von Erfahrungen und Wissen
Ideensalon ist ein offenes Netzwerk von Menschen die sich für soziale Innovation interessieren, etwas in der Gesellschaft bewegen wollen und sich für einen Wandel einsetzen.
Ideensalon will Referenzpunkt sein für Menschen, Gruppen und Organisationen die ein erstes Feedback suchen, sowie Unterstützung und Kontakte um ihre Idee zu konkretisieren.
Eine Kultur der Sozialen Innovation schaffen
Soziale Innovation ist ein Prozess, der durch Strategien und Ideen auf emergierende Bedürfnisse reagiert, um eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der Gesellschaft zu fördern.
Soziale Innovation umfasst alle Bereiche die einen Einfluss auf die Gesellschaft im weitesten Sinne haben, wie Kultur, Demokratie, Gesundheit, Inklusion und Intersektionalität, Ökologie, Mobilität, Konsum, Ernährung, Landwirtschaft, Wirtschaft und Finanzwirtschaft, Politik, um einige Bereiche zu nennen.
Ideensalon Canvas
Um dich dabei zu unterstützen deine Idee weiter zu entwickeln und zu konkretisieren haben wir ein Canvas entwickelt das open source ist und das du hier herunterladen kannst. Du kannst es verwenden, weiterentwickeln und teilen.
Wir haben es gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmer*nnen des Ideensalons entwickelt und es basiert auf unsere Erfahrung als Facilitator*nnen und beinhaltet Einflüsse aus dem Art of Hosting and Harvesting und dem Design Thinking.
Ideensalon online
Seit 2020 treffen wir uns sowohl online als auch live. Online essen leider nicht zusammen, aber wir haben die Möglichkeit, mit mehr Menschen im Land in Kontakt zu treten da eine zeitaufwendige Anreise wegfällt.

In the evenings of Ideensalon we meet to reflect and develop ideas and projects that aim to improve our society, with post-it and markers, between a glass of wine, a delicious soup, comfortable sofas and nice and interesting people.

Ideensalon is an open community of social innovators and people who want to be active for change, share experiences and knowledge, create connections to contribute to the sustainable development of our society. Ideensalon wants to be a reference point for all those who need feedback and support in structuring and developing a project with social impact.

Social innovation is a process of change that through strategies and ideas responds to the emerging needs to stimulate a sustainable development of society.
Culture, health, inclusion, ecology, mobility, consumption, collaboration, food, well-being, agriculture, economy, there are many areas in which we can have a social impact.
Ideensalon canvas
To structure, accelerate and give impulse to the ideas and projects that come to Ideensalon we propose and use during the evenings the Ideensalon canvas.
It is a tool that we have developed in collaboration with the participants of the previous evenings of Ideensalon, integrating our experiences of facilitation and different approaches and methods including Art of Hosting and Harvesting and Design Thinking.
Ideensalon canvas is an open source tool that you can print, use, modify; it is an open model and we will be happy to receive comments and suggestions to modify and improve it.
Ideensalon online
Since 2020 we have been alternating between live and online meetings. We won't have dinner together, but we will have the opportunity to connect remotely with more people, avoiding travel and commuting.
